Open the Brozz App
Launch the Brozz app on your mobile device and log in to your account if you haven't already.

Go to Your Profile
Tap on the profile icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen to open your profile page.

Scroll to the Bottom
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the profile page until you see the Delete Account option.

Tap Delete Account
Tap on the 'Delete Account' button. A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm this action.

Confirm & Permanently Delete
Read the warning carefully and tap 'Confirm' to proceed. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
- All submitted service applications and their status history
- Saved documents and uploaded files
- Account preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
- Records required by law or for regulatory compliance (e.g., transaction logs)
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you personally
- Information related to pending disputes or legal obligations
